Access Statement

Access is from a council road down a gravelled driveway approximately 150 meters long ending in a level car park in front of the house. It is approximately
7 meters from the car park to the front door.

There is a small step of 6cm at the door.

A wooden armchair is provided in the hallway should guests need it.

There are no steps between levels on the ground floor.

All doorways are 720cm wide.

Bedrooms are accessed by a curved stairway and are clearly signed with raised numbers.

Assistance dogs welcome.
